As a kid, Popsicles were a cool, refreshing treat that was easy to buy at local grocery stores. When times were hard (read: you and your siblings ate all the store-bought Popsicles in one day), Mom (or Dad) could easily make them by pouring some fruity flavored drink in a plastic Popsicle-like mold. Back then, no one worried about BPA-free or not; the focus was on a good ole sweet treat on a sweltering day.
