Meat and three is making way for pho and banh mi in Avondale Estates.

Khanh Vietnamese Kitchen is slated to move into the space at 2831 College Ave., What Now Atlanta reports.  The building was occupied by Our Way Cafe, which closed in October 2018 after 30 years.

The restaurant, which will open later this year, will be a sister concept to Khanh Vietnamese Pho and Sandwich in Duluth.

Owner Dinh Tran told What Now Atlanta that Khanh will focus on Pho and that he hopes to open two new locations every year for the next five years, with a Midtown or Buckhead location on the horizon.
