Sushi House Hayakawa has closed for remodeling. Chef-owner Atsushi "Art" Hayakawa announced yesterday, Sept. 28, that he was temporarily closing his well-trafficked, tiny sushi spot located at 5979 Buford Highway NE. The change is effective immediately. In his video announcement posted on the restaurant's Facebook page , Hayakawa did not state when doors would reopen.
