Rocket Fizz set to open in Decatur this weekend
After finding success with its Marietta Square location, soda pop and candy shop Rocket Fizz is set to open in Decatur this weekend .
Known for its wide assortment of sodas and candies, much of it of the retro variety, Rocket Fizz will be located at 115 Clairemont Ave. The Rocket Fizz in Decatur will mark the fourth location for franchisee Richard Mashburn, who also has Rocket Fizz stores in Chattanooga, Tenn., Asheville, N.C. and Marietta, which is located at 128 S. Park Square NE.
The 2,200-square-foot space will be filled with nearly 400 flavors of soda, 500 types of candy and numerous novelty gift items.
