Popular Marietta biscuit spot relocating

Mountain Biscuits is heading to Dallas.

The popular biscuit shop, which has been located at 1718 Old 41 Highway in Marietta near Kennesaw Mountain since 2009, is moving to Dallas, Ga., Tomorrow's News Today first reported. The business expanded in 2016.

Mountain Biscuits is set to close April 28 before relocating to 210 Merchants Square, previously home to a Huddle House.

Owner Debbie Ingram said the move will allow her to spend more time with her grandchildren and doing horse rescue.

Tomorrow's News Today said restaurant The Marietta Local is eyeing the Mountain Biscuits space.
