A popular local pizza restaurant is on the move.

Not even a month after closing its original location at Irwin Street Market in Old Fourth Ward , O4W Pizza has opened a location in Duluth.

The Duluth location has been in the works since at least March, when Spina bought the property at 3117 Main St., which was previously home to pizza restaurant Steverino's.

Owner Anthony Spina, a New Jersey transplant, opened the original O4W Pizza in early 2015 and has since welcomed crowds and accolades, particularly for his Jersey-style Grandma Pie. Find out how to make the pie here.

In 2022, Georgia Power projected its winter peak electricity demand would grow by about 400 megawatts by 2031. Since then, Georgia has experienced a boom of data centers, which require a large load of electricty to run, and Georgia Power's recent forecast shows peak demand growing by 20 times the 400-megawatt estimate from just three years ago.
