Linton's in the Garden names executive chef

Linton's in the Garden, the Linton Hopkins spot opening at Atlanta Botanical Garden this spring, has named an executive chef.
Jason Paolini who previously worked at Hopkins-owned spots Restaurant Eugene , Holeman and Finch Public House and H&F Burger , will helm the kitchen at the new venture.

Cafe at Linton's in the Garden, which opened in 2014, will relocate as part of Linton's in the Garden -- the restaurant will consist of a full dining room, along with a café portion. The space will also feature an open-air rooftop and patio and a collection of Dale Chihuly paintings (a Chihuly installation will run at the Garden starting in April ).
