Ri Ra Irish Pub has permanently closed in Midtown after a decade.

The decision to close the restaurant, which was located at 1080 Peachtree St. in the 1010 Midtown building, was made prior to the coronavirus pandemic, Eater Atlanta reports.  Representatives for the restaurant said they couldn't come to terms with the landlord on a lease agreement.

Ri Ra closed temporarily in March after restaurants were told to shutter their dining rooms due to the pandemic.

Dubliners David Kelly and Ciaran Sheehan opened their first Ri Ra in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1997. In addition to Charlotte, five other locations remain open.

The restaurant is the latest in a growing list of food and beverage establishments to close their doors amid the coronavirus pandemic. Other recent closures include the Emory Village location on Lucky's Burger and Brew, Anne and Bill's Restaurant in Forest Park and the Sandy Springs location of Cafe Sunflower.

Kevin Rathbun recently closed his concepts Rathbun's and Krog Bar after failing to negotiate lease terms with his landlord.

The AJC has reached out to Ri Ra management for more information on the closure.
