Southern-Asian fusion restaurant Ba Bellies is set to open in Norcross in the next few weeks, and we're giving you a first look at what to expect for lunch and brunch.

The spot from Nam Phuong owners David and Tina Nguyen and Chef Mike Yang, will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch in Norcross in the former Firenze space at 6025 Peachtree Parkway.

The lunch menu will feature small plates including fish sauce caramel wings and crispy "tiger" sprouts; four kinds of protein and rice "Belly Bowls"; sandwiches; salads, and sides.

The brunch menu includes a mix of classics (lox plate, chicken biscuit) and dishes with a twist (banh xeo Vietnamese crepe, brown butter vanilla waffle).

In addition to its full lunch, dinner and brunch menus, Ba Bellies will also offer a full bar including a craft beer program and house cocktails with Asian influences.

Yang previously worked for New York restaurants including Per Se, Craft and L’atelier by Joel Robuchon. while David Nguyen previously worked at Spice Market by Jean George Vongerichten in Atlanta.

The restaurant plans to serve up lunch on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; dinner on weekdays from 5:30 to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.; and weekend brunch from 9 a.m. to 3:30 pm. Happy hour specials will be available as well.
