All-day restaurant Full Commission is open for business in the Larkin on Memorial development with a limited menu.

The eatery is currently serving a limited breakfast menu and coffee drinks, with  dinner, weekend brunch and craft cocktails to follow in the coming weeks.

The menu will focus on “Southern gastropub fare,” according to a press release, with large and small plates available for brunch and dinner. Look for dishes including  Fried Pop Tarts filled with jam and topped with a vanilla glaze at breakfast; Pork Tenderloin with miso pear butter, ponzu coleslaw and “collard-style” bok choy for dinner; and Mezcal Grit Tamales made with Logan Turnpike grits and topped with two fried eggs and chimichurri for weekend brunch.

The cocktail program, headed up by Cole Younger Just and Layla Walk of Just Walk, will focus on classic cocktails and classics with a twist including the New Orleans Sazerac with a split of Cognac and a house rye blend with gomme syrup and a Southern Spritz with Cathead Honeysuckle vodka and Montane Honeysuckle bubbly water. Also on tap are boozy coffee drinks including an icy Swedish-Style coffee featuring aquavit, chicory liqueur, cold brew and lemonade; and rotating craft beer and wine offerings on draft and in cans and bottles.

Coffee will be sourced from Atlanta’s East Pole Coffee Co., featuring espresso-based drinks and rotating nitro beverages and more from Phoenix Roasters.

The mid-century modern space, designed by Pattern r+d,features a 45-seat dining room with a 10-seat bar and covered patio seating.

Owned and operated by David Traxler, a Mississippi native and five-year resident of Atlanta, Full Commission is a nod toward his former career in sales, from which he saved his commission to fund Full Commission’s opening.
