Mocktails are the perfect reason to drink up, sans alcohol, while enjoying summer or any outdoor soiree. In Atlanta, mixologists are curating concoctions with favorite “chasers” like cranberry juice and club soda. The ones listed below, which includes two recipes, will surely offer another reason to say “Cheers.”

Polaris: There are two cherries on top here—the ones in the glass and the view, since this rotating restaurant is located on the 25th floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown. While kicking back on comfy, oversize leather couches, party sans booze with vintage-inspired faux cocktails such as the Sour Cherry Fizz, made with cherry juice, cranberry juice, club soda and lime juice or the ginger peach soda, which features ginger beer, peach syrup, tonic and club soda.

BLT Steak Atlanta: This trendy bistro in the W Hotel downtown offers several special mocktails mixed by JC Shurts, the resident beverage connoisseur and general manager. Recipes for the two most popular, Summer Fever and Pearls from the Orient are listed below.

1 preserved Hibiscus blossom
