Chicago chef to open Falling Rabbit at Parsons Alley in Duluth
Another restaurant is being added to the food and beverage lineup at mixed-use development Parsons Alley in Duluth.
Falling Rabbit, from Chicago chef Chuck Woods, is slated to open 3580 W. Lawrenceville St. in early 2020, What Now Atlanta reports.
The restaurant will feature a “contemporary seasonal menu with a whimsical approach,” with a space designed by local firm Studio SOGO.
Falling Rabbit will join several other dining destinations at Parsons Alley, including Korean steakhouse Noona, Good Word Brewing & Public House, Dreamland Bar-B-Que and O4W Pizza, as well as Sweet Octopus, a concept offering several different types of Asian food, set to open this fall.
