Roswell diners will get a new spot for noodles starting next year.

American Pasta Factory is set to open at 1123 Alpharetta St. in March 2017. Owned by a  Marietta couple, the fast-casual restaurant will feature a menu offering noodles made on site and custom pasta dishes for both lunch and dinner.

The building, home to a Burger Chef restaurant in the 1970s, is being redesigned by Square Feet Studio and Urban Eats, an Atlanta-based consulting group. The mid-century modern design will likely remain largely intact.
