We know Queen Bey doesn’t have to say much to catch the attention of the masses, so with a flawless NSFW picture and the words “RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR 2023,” the announcement was out to the world.
Many fans knew the tour was coming because of the album of the same name that came out in July 2022. “Renaissance” did remarkably well upon its release. Let’s go over just a few of its accolades. In just the first week, the album earned 332,000 equivalent album units and sold 190,000 physical copies along with becoming Bey’s seventh solo album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, following her albums “Lemonade,” “Beyoncé,” and “4.” Beyoncé is the first female artist to have her first seven solo albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

The “Renaissance” single “Break My Soul” is breaking records of its own – reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Beyoncé's eighth Hot 100 No. 1 as a soloist. Plus, all 16 songs from the album made it onto the Billboard Hot 100. Following “Break My Soul” at No. 1, “Cuff It” made it to No. 13, “Alien Superstar” to No. 19, and “Church Girl” to No. 22, followed by the rest of the songs from the album.
So far, we know that the tour will kick off May 10 in Stockholm, then travel to several cities including Paris, Brussels, Nashville, New York, and Atlanta.
As far as ticket information, according to Beyoncé's website, all we know is that they will go on sale “soon.”
