If you want to enjoy your own piece of Hawkins (in Georgia), now is your time to get it – but will the demogorgons and trips to the Upside Down be included?!

One of the homes featured in Netflix’s hit show, “Stranger Things,” is officially up for sale. The listing for the home of Will, Jonathan and Joyce Byers is currently listed for $300,000. You may remember the house from the earlier seasons of the show – it was a major part of the storyline when Joyce and Jonathan were hopelessly looking for Will in the first season. Remember when Joyce put up Christmas lights all over the house and painted the alphabet letters on the walls when she was trying to communicate with Will? Yep, that’s the house!

The home served as the meeting place where Mike, Will, Dustin and the rest of their friends shared secret information with Eleven. “Ever watched Stranger Things on Netflix? Are you [a] fan? THIS is the original Byers house!” The listing starts off. “This home makes for a PERFECT Airbnb, short term rental, or personal residence for someone willing to take it on,” it continues. The listing also didn’t shy away from a few warnings about the house. “Don’t get stuck in the upside down though, this home does need a full rehab, but with the right owner the potential return on investment (ROI) could be HUGE! Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture. So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and “Private Property” signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention.”

The former Byers home was built in 1900 and is clearly a fixer-upper. Located in Fayetteville, Georgia, the single-family, ranch-style home is about 1,846 square feet and sits on a little more than six acres of land. If you’re a fan of outdoor space, you’ll love this house because it has its very own barn and is surrounded by woods. As for the inside of the house? It’s an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a fireplace, and you’ll even notice the retro accents around the home.
