The newest upside-down experience is coming right to our backyards.

The hit Netflix series, “Stranger Things” has become a cult-classic and fans will now be able to say they were a part of the experience. “Stranger Things: The Experience” is on the road, making stops in New York City, San Francisco, London and now Atlanta. As a part of the one-hour immersive experience, Hawkins Lab is inviting attendees to participate in a new study – are you ready to be a test subject? Guests will follow a brand-new storyline where they have to explore the Upside Down and escape from the terrifying villain Vecna.

Don’t worry, that won’t be the end of your time there - guests will then be able to head over to Mix-Tape’s neon world. There, you can enjoy fun photo-ops with backdrops like the Byers’ living room, and ‘80s photobooth and you’ll even have an opportunity to snag a picture with a Demogorgon. Guests can also see interactive performers, enjoy ‘80s-themed food and drinks, grab “Stranger Things” merchandise and enjoy all the throwback party vibes. You’ll be able to enjoy iconic locations from the show like Family Video, The Palace Arcade and Scoops Ahoy.

Don’t forget to make your way to the first ever “Stranger Things” themed bar to try a cocktail and grab a USS Butterscotch sundae at Scoops Ahoy.

A few things to know before you go – the experience is recommended for ages 13+ and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Also, because of the nature of the experience and special effects, children under 5 years old will not be admitted.

“Stranger Things: The Experience” is headed to Pullman Yards just in time for Halloween, arriving on Oct. 22. They highly encourage you to dress for the occasion, so pull out all the “Stranger Things” cosplay! If you’re a fan of the show and want to make your way to the upside-down experience, you can grab your tickets starting Sept. 8 at strangerthings-experience.com.
