"Lego Marvel's Avengers." More than 100 characters, from Hulk and Captain America to lesser-known heroes and villains from the Marvel universe make up this Lego-fied adventure that mashes up the "Avengers" movies.. Rated E-10+ for Everyone 10 and Older. $30-$60 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Windows PC.

"The Witness." Game developer Jonathan Blow's follow-up to the adored, brain-bending game "Braid" is a puzzle game set on a beautiful, abandoned island. Rating E for Everyone. $40 for PS4 and PC.
