Every fitness lover has their favorite body part to work. I love to work my legs.
And when I say legs, I’m talking from the behind down to the calf. In order to keep the workouts fresh, I like mixing up different combinations of exercises that target the legs.
This routine requires an exercise band and a great attitude. You will feel it during and after the workout. As always, remember to build on each workout. Beginners can try to do this workout at least twice this week. If you’re advanced, add a step and place the band under. I add a 15-pound weight vest at home.
With an exercise band, you can get fit in the comfort of your home or on the road. Make it your lifestyle, not a chore.
