This is a great way to workout in a short amount of time! If you are just starting, take a break when you get to fatigued. Make sure to consult your doctor before you begin any activity. Let’s get started with jumping jacks with 5 pounds for 30 seconds, then right into biceps curls. The more advanced keep up with me. To make sure we get the whole body, after 30 seconds go right into push ups. If you are a beginner, start on your knees; then build to using your full body weight. This might be hard at first. However, stay consistent and you will see improvement. Remember, the only person you are competing with is yourself! Make sure to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water.
