So this time of year can turn some of us into big softies. It is also prime season for exes to start popping up again. Conditions are perfect for this when your defenses are down and you feel nostalgic. How do you know if your ex should stay an ex or if it is worth another shot?

I think you always have to be mindful of what really broke you two up the first time. Was it immaturity? Bad timing? Has someone or something changed since the last time you were in a relationship?

Then you may also need to decide if they are worth it. If things get tough, are you willing to stick it out and go through tough times again without walking out?

Have you ever considered reuniting with someone from your past? Is there one person with whom you would truly want another chance to get it right?
