Maureen decided that she was going to go with the flow and hooked up with a guy on their first time hanging out. She felt comfortable with him and didn’t care much about giving him the wrong idea. Then he stopped calling her and then it bothered her. His disappearing act may not have anything to do with their hook up, but she regrets it.

First date hook ups happen often and I don’t know that it impacts how long thing will last or not. If someone wants something long term it could be better to wait but there is still no guarantee. The temptation to get it out of the way because you are curious isn’t romantic but it happens.

When you are on a first date and the chemistry is very strong, do you resist the urge to hook up?
