With just a few weeks before Halloween, retailers are pulling clown masks from their shelves and online inventory amid the scary clown craze sweeping the world.

You won't be able to find any clown masks at Target's physical store, but some are still available online.

A representation from the retailer said there's no data of an increase or decrease of clown mask sales since reports of clown sightings began.

The recent reports of clowns lurking near children and offering them money and candy came from Wisconsin, but there have been reports of scary clown sightings across the nation in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and even across the pond in Britain.

In Dunwoody, Georgia, cops offered a firm warning after a report of a clown with a machete.
