Police said the robbery happened around 4:05 p.m. on Wednesday. According to a police report, the suspect entered the bank and marched straight towards the counter and approached a teller. The suspect handed the teller a note that read, “I want all your money. I have a gun, I will not harm you if you give me all your money.”

The suspect also spoke to the teller in a low whisper, according to the report, saying, “I want all your large (bills) also. Don’t give me bait. Don’t pull the alarm. Give me the reserve too. You have 15 seconds.”

The teller told police that the suspect was also carrying a small bag with a zipper, similar to something that elementary school kids would use to store pencils.

Police said there were no injuries and a gun was never seen. An employee told police that the suspect ran northbound on North Point Parkway, in the direction of Total Wine.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to submit a tip using the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety Facebook page or call 678-297-6307.
