What’s worse than a case of the coffee jitters?

The non-coffee jitters.

Especially when you're flying. Maybe that's why the recent announcement that the Starbucks in Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport's domestic terminal will close later this year is making many people unhappy.

No Dark Roast or Flat White while waiting to board a flight or welcome an arriving passenger? What’s next, telling us we have to take off our shoes to go through security?

Oh wait, that's already happened. Meanwhile, the Starbucks, which sits on the side of the main security checkpoint, is one of several businesses that will soon go away so the area where folks line up to go through security can be expanded.

But fear not. There are nearly 30 other places where you can still get good coffee at the airport — and that's not even counting the many sit-down restaurants and shops that will be happy to sell you a cup of Joe. Many of these spots are past security on the concourses, including three other Starbucks (i.e. you'll need a boarding pass to buy an espresso). But not all of them; in fact, the atrium area of the domestic terminal near that doomed Starbucks is grounds zero for at least four other places to get coffee (and even more if you're willing to sit down and order food).
