Summer fun isn't over just yet.

5th Annual Button Down Dash. Starting at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6. $30 per racer for the 5K, $35 per racer for the 10 K. Gwinnett Chamber parking lot. 6500 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth.
Get your running shoes on, Gwinnett, and prepare for the annual Button Down Dash happening on Aug. 6. This event will include both a 5K and a 10K, and proceeds will benefit the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Services. Before and after the race, enjoy all the festivities, including food concessions, a live DJ and an awards ceremony. If you plan on running in the Peachtree Road Race, you can now qualify at the Button Down Dash.Trains,

Train, truck and tractor enthusiasts, get ready to have some fun this weekend as the Southeastern Railway Museum hold a weekend-long event dedicated to these powerful vehicles. While you view a wide array of antique and vintage trains, trucks and tractors, you'll also get a chance to enjoy a hayride, eat delicious food and make crafts with your kids.

Laugh your socks off by spending the evening with Dad's Garage Theatre Company at the Aurora on Aug. 6. This hilarious comedy show is appropriate for both adults and teens, and will show you why it's known as Atlanta's best improv group as you laugh til you cry.

Enjoy a hot breakfast and learn about aviation at Briscoe Field on Saturday morning. This all-you-can-eat breakfast includes eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, coffee, milk and juice. As you eat, enjoy the free aviation program to learn about aircraft and flying.
