When Ben Ratossa and Adam Perry bought their DeKalb County home in 2016, the second floor was just a finished attic, which made the space less functional than they'd like. Last year the couple started the process of planning a renovation for their second floor that would fit their needs while still fitting within the Avondale Estates Historic Preservation Commission guidelines. The home is 2,645 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
