Downtown Tucker is hosting a chili cook-off Saturday, filled with plenty of tasting opportunities and live music.
The Old Town Tucker Merchants Association and The Local No. 7 are sponsoring the sixth annual Tucker Chili Cook-Off. The event runs from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Main Street.
It showcases the newly renovated downtown and raises money for Day League, formerly known as the Dekalb Rape Crisis Center.
A $5 entry grants access to taste all the chili prepared by contestants and gives one vote to help award the coveted People's Choice prize. Soft drinks, water and booze will be available for purchase.
