The high on Tuesday in metro Atlanta is supposed to creep up to 65 degrees.

While that’s not blistering hot, it is a bit warmer than it has been in recent weeks. It’s also the first day of spring, so maybe you’re just in a warmer mindset.

To celebrate, Rita’s Italian Ice is giving away free frozen treats on Tuesday.

"We strive to not only serve our guests fresh, delicious Italian Ice, but happiness too," said Linda Chadwick, Rita's President and CEO, in a news release. "The First Day of Spring, along with a free cup of Rita's Italian Ice, gives us the perfect opportunity to start the season by bringing a smile to everyone's face."

The giveaway comes with no strings attached. No purchase, membership, coupon, rewards card or signature is required.
