To get you geared up and in the running for the 2017 AJC Peachtree Road Race lottery this Fourth of July, the Atlanta Track Club is hosting the first-ever lottery kickoff extravaganza filled with free tickets, prizes and music.

The event will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, at the Midtown location of Big Peach Running Co., 800 Peachtree St., Atlanta.

Not only will attendees be able to register for the lottery on site, but they will also get to enjoy free food and drinks and the chance to win prizes, including a VIP Peachtree experience.

The lottery event is the first time track enthusiasts can pre-order the limited edition 2017 Mizuno Peachtree Wave Rider 20 shoes.

Can't make it on March 15? Big Peach Running Co., the exclusive run specialty store of the AJC Peachtree Road Race, will have lottery registration and Mizuno Lottery Lottery cards available at all Atlanta-area Big Peach locations until the lottery closes on March 22.
