Yeti, best known for its high-end coolers and drinkware, is now marketing to your dog.

The Boomer dog bowl is made from the same double-wall stainless steel as the Yeti Rambler, but it’s not insulated. The bowl holds a whopping 8 cups of water, however, so larger dogs — or a few smaller ones — can easily quench their thirst.

Texas-based Yeti offers the Boomer in four colors: brick red, seafoam, black and stainless steel. And if your pooch is an enthusiastic eater, a Bearfoot nonslip ring on the bottom of the bowl will keep it from sliding across the floor.

The Boomer is designed to be incredibly durable, and "resistant to rust and roughhousing," according to a description on the Yeti website. That makes it great to take along on outdoor adventures, but it weighs nearly 2 pounds, so you'll know it's in your pack.

When you return home, just toss the bowl in the dishwasher. Yeti says the Durocoat colors won’t fade, peel or crack.

If you already own Yeti products, you know they don’t come cheap. The Boomer is no exception. The bowl costs $49.99 on Yeti’s site, but you can get it personalized with standard, monogram and text designs for no extra charge.
