In the morning, use a product with zinc; it doesn’t affect oil production but will make skin appear matte. Try: Cetaphil DermaControl Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30 ($16).
During the day, blot away sheen before touching up your makeup. We like Nuance Salma Hayek Ageless Clarity Facial Blotting Papers ($8 for 50).
In the evening, use a cleanser with 10 percent benzoyl peroxide, like Oxy Maximum Action Advanced Face Wash ($7). Too drying? Apply only on the T-zone.
