Nature festival: Celebrate Tu B'Shvat, the Jewish version of Earth Day, with the TreeMan, a walking, living tree. Live performance: The play "Forget Me Not" will examine how Alzheimer's disease impacts immediate family, friends and marriage. A panel from the Emory Alzheimer's Disease Research Center will be in attendance to share information on how to improve brain health as well as the disease's impact on the African-American community. Cue a concert: A family-friendly rendition of Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf" will take place at 10 a.m. Jan. 30 at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Orchestral instruments will represent various characters in this dramatic story of young Peter. For instance, the clarinet will represent a cat, and the oboe will represent a duck.
