Mayloo and Mega Man, 3-month-old spayed and neutered domestic shorthair kittens, are brother and sister who need to go to a new home as a pair. (The AHS has a “2 purr 1” special on felines, so you only pay one adoption fee for both kitties.) Kittens do better in pairs. These adorable tabby young’uns have lots of interesting stripes and fun personalities. These two will make you giggle for sure as they leap and play and chase each other around. They love to climb, though they might be willing to settle down and purr on your lap a little, too. These fur balls are alert, inquisitive and double the fun! In addition to occasional brushing, Mayloo and Mega Man will need a good scratching post to keep their claws in top shape. Your vet can show you how to trim the claws regularly to cut down on inappropriate scratching. Scratching is natural for cats, so keeping their claws short and giving them appropriate places to scratch is helping to fulfill their needs. Bring all the human family members to meet them. Both Mayloo and Mega Man are up-to-date on their vaccinations (except rabies, which is included in the adoption fee) for now, but will need further vaccinations. Both have been microchipped and dewormed. They will be available only as a pair at 2 p.m. today at the Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Road N.W. Sealed bids will be accepted starting at 10 a.m. if more than one party is interested. Please note that the highest bidder must meet adoption qualifications.
