Men, here’s a yoga class for you.

The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta is offering "Bro' Yoga," classes for men.

Bro’ Yoga focuses on a man’s body, mind and spirit.

The class will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Sept. 10, from at the MJCCA, Zaban Park, 5342 Tilly Mill Rd., Dunwoody.

Yoga helps to increase flexibility, release stress, and enhances athletic performance.

It's all the fun of yoga with little goats running around and crawling all over you.

Bro’ Yoga is “a strong, challenging yoga class and discussion, geared just for men,” according to a release about the class. Light refreshments will be served.

The cost is $35 per person for non-members and starts at $20 per person for MJCCA members, depending on the membership.
