When Kaitlin Ponce moved into Arizona Loft Condominiums in 2018 she felt that the urban design called her to create a more industrial look for herself. Combining Southwest vibes with feminine touches, she created a look that fits the space and her personality. Part of what she did to create that style was elevate the art in her home by having it professionally framed.
“Framing it is where you can kind of showcase how cool that piece is, make it look more expensive than it is and highlight it as it deserves,” said Ponce.
While most of Ponce’s art was $30 or less, her collection looks stylish and cohesive. She loves local Atlanta framers like The Framers on Peachtree, The Moog Gallery and Lionheart Framing.
Another thing she did to make her new loft feel more like her own space is give the master bathroom a fresh look. Ponce worked with builder Jessica Murphy of Her Cave Atlanta and interior designer Ebru Ercan of e3 design to completely renovate her master bath in 2018.
“I wanted it to be more open and white and bright,” said Ponce. “It just kind of felt like it had to be done.”
