A preview of the items up for auction Feb. 23-24, 2008, at Red Baron's Antiques, an auction which takes place several times per year in Sandy Springs.

Statuary fills the courtyard of Red Baron's Architectural Antiques in Sandy Springs. Red Baron's will hold one of three annual two-day auctions on Feb. 23-24. The sale will clear out most of the 4,500-piece inventory to make way for new merchandise.

Red Baron's mission is to sell rare, unusual and bizarre items. Try this one: A nautical-themed pub includes a ship's wheel, the stained-glass ceiling, brass lanterns and a sink.

This soda bar features an intricately carved crown supported by onyx columns that rest on onyx serving stations. Other details include a mirrored back, silver-plate accents on the dispensers and a brass footrest. If you want to bid at the auction, register in advance. The $100 registration fee is credited toward your purchase.

The grill of an 1933 Duesenberg Model J, considered the most powerful American car before World War II.

This is a photo of a 19th-century original bronze depicting a fisherman pulling Ophelia from the sea. Supported by its original stand, the statue bears the signature of E. Longepied or Eugene Longepied, an artist who lived from 1849-1888.

A French painting titled, "La fin de Journ'e" or "The End of the Day."

This is a vitrine, a glass cabinet used to display art objects.

A 1961 BMW Isetta 250, a car produced in Germany in the late 50s and early 60s.

A 1966 Jaguar XJ13, the only one of its kind. The original prototype racing car was developed by Jaguar to run at Le Mans in the mid-1960s, but it never raced.

This collection features 74 guitars, all autographed by legendary rock & roll and country music artists from the last 50 years.

This guitar boasts an autograph by Trisha Yearwood. It's part of the guitar collection up for auction.

An antique carved stone mantel, circa 1880s, features male and female figures with cherubs holding floral garland.
