Jim and Terri Guthrie bought their three-story Marietta townhome in 2014. Built in 2001, the 3,000-square-foot townhome has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. They worked with Roger Caldwell of Caldwell-Cline Architects and Designers, David Swales of Province Homes, and Linda Castle, owner of Decorated Designs on updates.
