Jim and Terri Guthrie bought their three-story Marietta townhome in 2014. Built in 2001, the 3,000-square-foot townhome has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. They worked with Roger Caldwell of Caldwell-Cline Architects and Designers, David Swales of Province Homes, and Linda Castle, owner of Decorated Designs on updates.
The kitchen, which was also renovated by David Swales of Province Homes, is Terri’s favorite room in her Marietta home. “We love to cook, and we designed it to have everything at our fingertips,” she said. “When I'm in the kitchen cooking, I'm usually there three, four, five hours, cooking all of our meals for the week. I want to be able to watch the television. So the television over the refrigerator was incredibly important to me.”
