Jeff and Paola Roder bought their 1979 mid-century modern home in 2019, after the previous owner, Jason Maynard of JM Construction Consulting Inc., updated and renovated it, giving it a stylish and unique feel.

The master bedroom of Jeff and Paola Roder’s home has more muted colors than the common areas, with a color palette inspired by portraits of Frida Kahlo that hang on either side of the bed, both painted by Heather Felder, a Mexican and Norwegian artist. A wall of music memorabilia covers one wall of Jeff and Paola Roder’s dining room. Records that they found in storage in a home they owned in Philadelphia mixed with art from the Music Icons series of stamps from the U.S. Postal Service creates a gallery wall.
