The front door of Philippe and Amanda Pellerin’s home opens into their formal living room. Their home, which was built in the 1890s, has housed many families and groups, including a church and a restaurant. They worked with interior designer Valerie Wylie of Dakota Grey Interiors to design their living room to fit their style and the style of the home. Their home will be on the Grant Park Candlelight Tour of Homes on Dec. 14-15. Text by Shannon Dominy. Photo by Reynolds Rogers.
