The Queen Anne Victorian, built in 1892, is about 2,400 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The exterior is painted Sherwin-Williams' Pure White. The homeowners worked with Howkins Landscape & Design and contractor Frank Klimes for renovations. The home is part of the May 18-19 Grant Park Tour of Homes (gpna.org/tourofhomes).
