Slipcovered furniture, weathered pieces and vintage chandeliers are among the shabby chic interiors, in the neoclassical home, which has arched windows and 15-foot ceilings.

Transoms and chandeliers, antique furniture and a custom dining table made from reclaimed wood are among the home's shabby chic interior design. The walls are painted Valspar's Summer Gray.

The couple often hosts dinner parties and envisioned a large table made of reclaimed wood. When they couldn't find one with the length they desired, they worked with artist Patrick Toups to make the iron base, and homeowner Jeff Eliason made the wood top.

Pocket doors, wainscoting, fireplaces and arched windows are a few of the architectural features that captivated the homeowners. "There's something that's so intrinsically beautiful about the house that it alleviates the pressure of having to be a design expert," said homeowner Angela Fusaro.

The dining table fuses the work of artist Patrick Toups, who made the iron base, with a reclaimed wood top created by homeowner Jeff Eliason.

One of the home's four bedrooms features a charcoal accent wall with white trim. Artwork, such as a streetscape of Paris over the fireplace, represents their travels, says homeowner Angela Fusaro.

There's something inviting about a pink room, said homeowner Angela Fusaro. "You can have a space that is welcoming and calming and still be a badass," she said.

Exposed brick wraps around a sunroom decorated with an antique rocking chair and dried flowers from significant bouquets, such as their wedding and friends' weddings.

The organ was handed down from the previous owners, and the artwork is a scene from the couple's wedding captured by an artist.

The photo wall is a focal point showcasing significant moments and people in the couple's life.

White subway tile from Floor & Decor with dark gray grout envelops the remodeled kitchen. The 10-burner stove was existing in the home, and the vent hood was custom by artist Patrick Toups. The whitewashed shiplap ceiling is by Lori Shultis. Pendants from Lowe's cast a glow over the white quartz island with a farmhouse sink.

The modern kitchen opens to a media room. The homeowners used white quartz countertops for the island and black granite for the perimeter, from Artistic Granite and Cabinet Designs.

An original chandelier, crown molding and a medallion on the 15-foot ceiling, along with mirrors from Scott Antique Market, are eye-catching elements in the living room.

Slipcovered couches from The Dump, a trunk table from Paris On Ponce, movie set lights, and custom chairs and mirrors from Scott Antique Market convene in the shabby chic living room.

The movie set lights fit with the surreal nature of the home, which is an East Lake landmark dating to 1910. Plus, the architect of the home later designed Atlanta's Fox Theatre. "To some degree, the house is grand. I felt it kind of went with the fact that you do feel like you step into this fairy tale in the house," said homeowner Angela Fusaro.

"We take things that are old and give them a flair and repurpose it," said homeowner Angela Fusaro.

A dog wash area is built into the laundry room, which brings in brick from other areas of the home and subway tile that's also used in the kitchen. The master bathroom balances modernity with the past. The existing tub and the fireplace, now part of the oversized shower, join quartz countertops from Artistic Granite and Cabinet Designs and a rain showerhead by Delta. The neoclassical home in Atlanta's East Lake neighborhood has about 8,000 square feet, four bedrooms and seven baths. Designed by P. Thornton Marye, the Gentry-McClinton House was built in 1910 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The couple entertains in the home, including nonprofit fundraisers and an annual Kentucky Derby party.

Four wood Doric columns and front portico with a coffered ceiling are signature architecture elements at the entrance to the 1910 home. "It's hard not to be impressed when you see it from the outside,"said homeowner Jeff Eliason.
