For Anna-Louise Wolfe, the one-bedroom, one-bath Buckhead condo offered an urban location as well as old-world charm and greenery, she said.

Part of what drew Anna-Louise Wolfe to the Collier House condominiums were unique features like the terra-cotta gabled roof and Corinthian columns supporting the tiered porches. The building in Buckhead's Ardmore Park neighborhood dates to the 1920s and is located across from Piedmont Hospital.

Anna-Louise Wolfe has always been a collector of blue and white porcelain, so when she realized none of the other rooms had a strong blue themes, she opted for a classic blue-and-white kitchen.

In the dining room, Anna-Louise Wolfe used the pattern on the curtains, Oriental Bird by Lee Jofa, as the starting point for the rest of the space.

As a child Anna-Louise Wolfe had subscriptions to design magazines, which she still keeps in her home. Plants and bursts of color, such as the yellow chair in the living room, help give a traditional-style condo a lively twist.

Using books for decoration can also give you height when accessorizing a space. Anna-Louise Wolfe raised the fern in her living room to just the right height with her Asian foo dogs creating a strikingly colorful visual alongside the orange Edgar-Reeves lamp.

A bold black-and-white tile floor balanced with pink fabrics gives the bathroom a feminine feel. The home is on the Jan. 26 Young Collectors' Home Tour, which is a part of the 2019 Cathedral Antiques Show.

Both of Anna-Louise Wolfe's grandmothers collected Asian decor, and the antique chest of drawers in the living room, as well as much of the rose medallion porcelain, is inherited from her maternal grandmother. She's added to her own collection from a young age.

To put a fresh spin on the classic Cowtan & Tout pattern The Setter, Anna-Louise Wolfe decided to draw out the mauve tones instead of the typically used greens and reds of the print. She also brought small touches of yellow and blue out of the fabric and into the living space.

The living room's color scheme was based around The Setter, an iconic Cowtan & Tout pattern that Anna-Louise Wolfe used to reupholster the Chippendale wingback chair she inherited from her maternal grandmother.

The pattern in the headboard is used as the base for the rest of the room's color palette. Anna-Louise Wolfe continued the soft pink hues in the bedroom's accents.

The creamware collection over the bed Anna-Louise Wolfe found on eBay, and the Staffordshire dogs resting on brackets came from an antique store in Rome, Ga. The wall is painted Love Always from Benjamin Moore.

In the sunroom, Anna-Louise Wolfe used the vintage and iconic Lee Jofa print, Hollyhock, as the basis for the design, using solid color elsewhere in order to balance the pattern.

Built to provide for a cross-breeze prior to air-conditioning units, the sunroom enjoys natural light from all sides. The home can be seen during the Jan. 26 Young Collectors' Home Tour, which is one event during the 2019 Cathedral Antiques Show.

Anna-Louise Wolfe lives with her long-haired Chihuahua, Elsie, in her fully redecorated condominium in Ardmore Park. She owns Anna-Louise Wolfe, Ltd., an interior design firm.
