The farmhouse-style Emmerson dining room table by West Elm is Zach Sabo's favorite piece of furniture in the Brookhaven townhouse. Seated on the West Elm bench or chairs, Zach and his wife Jenny play plenty of board games on the reclaimed wood centerpiece.

The Dedica espresso machine made by De'Longhi is one of the many red accents in the Sabo's clean-lined, modern kitchen. The soft gray tile backsplash that wraps around the kitchen counters the bold hues with a cool sophistication.

The Sabo's modern townhouse kitchen gets a hint of farmhouse charm from the antique Coca-Cola island centerpiece found at Woodstock Market. The vibrant color pops against the sleek, quartz countertop on the eat-in island.

The gold-painted T-Rex head mounted over Zach Sabo's desk with regal prominence was a housewarming gift from his mother.

Zach Sabo's basement office space serves both style and function, incorporating his love for skiing, the outdoors and even some cartoon characters in an eclectic gallery wall. The vidaXL reclaimed wood desk from Overstock.com is where the real estate agent gets his work done at home.

The antique barrel coffee table that sits at the foot of the leather Chesterfield sofa from Joss and Main is the first item Zach and Jenny Sabo purchased together. The "treasure chest," as they call it, now serves as a keepsake for every birthday or holiday card the newlyweds write to each other.

The typewriter that sits on Zach Sabo's reclaimed wood desk is the same one he saw as a child when he visited his mother at work. Now, the piece adds a classic charm to the basement office. "It's what I grew up playing on," Zach said. "I'm obsessed with typewriters."

Adjacent to the dark wood coffee table from World Market, the Vapor daybed sectional from Z Gallerie is topped with yellow pillows for an inviting touch to the modern living room.

Clemson grad Jenny Sabo and UGA alum Zach Sabo keep the college football spirit alive with vintage-style wall art. The rustic Joss and Main blanket ladder and vinyl record player that belonged to Zach's mom in high school add to the classic appeal of the living room corner.

Windows from Zach Sabo's childhood Woodstock home have been repurposed into a whimsical display that twinkles with white lights all year long. Complete with a light gray chaise lounge from RH and golden poufs from Intaglia Home Collection, the seating area was designed to be a cozy reading nook.

Zach and Jenny Sabo have fallen in love with their Brookhaven home's open floor plan and high ceilings. "We host a lot of football games over here," Zach said, "so if people aren't super interested in the game, you can be in the kitchen or the little dining space, and you're not removed from the whole party."

Rescue pet Wayne, sporting his best University of Georgia attire, sits in front of the West Elm Emmerson reclaimed wood dining table and bench where owners Jenny and Zach Sabo spend many hours playing board games.

One of the three-and-a-half baths in the modern townhouse, the master bathroom offers a deep-set soaking tub with "marbled" white and gray tile. Rose gold touches from the West Elm Gallery frames and blush tones on the walls give this room a dreamy, luxurious feel.

Painted with "Chalk Board" by Rust-Oleum, the chalk wall is the newest addition to the Sabo's Brookhaven kitchen. The couple had one in their old basement for guests to leave signatures and messages, and it was a feature Jenny was excited to replicate. "It gives it the edge over any other room," she said.

The West Elm flannel duvet in a retro pattern described as "tossed lines" is a comfortable yet chic centerpiece in the Sabo's Brookhaven townhouse master bedroom. The mirrored side table from Intaglia Home Collection and the wood night stand from Joss and Main balance the sides of the contemporary bedroom.

One of the three bedrooms started with a London theme, but transitioned into the "travel room" as the Sabos collected more souvenirs from their European travels. A Swiss blanket from their honeymoon in Switzerland is draped across the Charles P. Rogers bed.

The unique carbon fiber cello by Luis and Clark sends a powerful melody throughout the open main floor when played by amateur cellist Zach Sabo. "It's more durable than wood cellos and has a very beautiful, deep, resonant sound," said Zach, who plays his "prized possession" almost every day.

Zach Sabo, a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, and Jenny Sabo, an in-house lawyer with Insight Global, live in Brookhaven. The couple moved into their Craftsman-style townhouse by Ashton Woods in early 2018, shortly after their winter wedding.
