The home, completed in 2018, is located on a 24-foot-wide lot near the Beltline. The Old Fourth Ward home has 2,200 square feet, two bedrooms and two baths, and two sides are covered in faux bricks. Homeowner Jennifer Bonner, who served as the architectural designer, worked with Ryan Locke of Principle Builders Group.
