Photos: Atlanta loft gets a Southwest look

When Kaitlin Ponce moved into Arizona Loft Condominiums in 2018 she felt that the urban design called her to create a more industrial look for herself. Combining Southwest vibes with feminine touches, she created a look that fits the space and her personality.

Kaitlin Ponce crafted her bedroom to be soothing and cozy, with delicated colors and a variety of textures. “It’s a place where you have sweet dreams,” said Ponce. Her bed from West Elm and bedding from Anthropologie create a soft space for those dreams, while a rug from Anthroplogie adds texture and nightstands and a dresser from Urban Outfitters add some soft browns into the color palette. Soon after moving into her Atlanta loft in 2018, homeowner Kaitlin Ponce worked with builder Jessica Murphy of Her Cave Atlanta and designer Ebru Ercan of e3 design to renovate and redecorate her master bath. When Kaitlin Ponce purchased her loft in 2018 she decided to replace the kitchen faucet with a more industrial style from Overstock.com. “In high school and college I worked at Starbucks, and we had one of those huge industrial faucets — just like a larger version of that — in the back kitchen, and I just always liked it,” said Ponce.
