A French Provincial estate is selling for $5.25 million in Buckhead and the owner is none other than Coca Cola's former chief marketing and commercial officer Joe Tripodi, who retired from the company at the end of February 2015.

Tripodi is known for leading Coca-Cola's wildly successful global brand campaign, Open Happiness. His estate at 1845 River Forest Rd NW, designed by Bill Baker and built in 2007, is known for its French country graciousness. It exudes French charm from its airy oversize bedrooms, 9-foot ceilings, spiral staircase, sunroom/solarium and French doors.

Fulton County assesses the value of the property's 2.2 acres at $710,000 and the buildng at $3,289,300 for a total assessment of $4 million.
