Star models show Victoria's Secret holiday lingerie

Supermodel Selita Ebanks, who was engaged to actor and rapper Nick Cannon shortly before he instead married Mariah Carey. She considered attending Atlanta's Spelman College but decided to stick with her lucrative modeling career.

Supermodel Karolina Kurkova in a bra and underwear in a diaphanous hand-dyed, pleated, draped gown with a leather belt and gilded feather jewelry.

Angel wings and supermodels -- 35 in all -- reigned at the fashion show. Here, Adriana Lima sports wings and a Fantasy Miracle Bra decorated with white and black diamonds and rubies.

Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, once described by supermodel and TV host Tyra Banks as "the future of the modeling world."

Spanish supermodel Clara Alonso. She has appeared on 'The Disney Channel Games.'

Australian model Miranda Kerr. A Buddhist who reportedly chants for 20 minutes every morning and night, Kerr began dating fellow Buddhist and actor Orlando Bloom in early 2008.

French model and actress Noemie Lenoir. She appeared opposite Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hayek in the film 'After the Sunset,' as well as in 'Rush Hour 3,' for which she shaved her head bald.

Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes has appeared on the covers of Time, Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, and was selected in 2005 as 'Model of the Year' by readers of vogue.com.

"The theme of the show is a return to glamour," company CEO Sharen Turney told the Associated Press. "Victoria's Secret is about sexy and the new sexy is glamorous for this season."

But Victoria's Secret didn't let glamour get in the way of a good show.

Not all the angel wings were glamourous, either. Wing designer Martin Izquierdo made seven pairs of wings for the show and said he drew on several sources, including Greek mythology.

Among those getting a close-up view of the angel wings was Usher.

While Usher was the main celebrity on stage, other celebrities in attendance included P. Diddy, Russell Simmons, Michelle Trachtenberg, John Stamos, Debbie Harry, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and Martha Stewart.

All in a row, the models gather on the runway during the finale of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The show coincided with the opulent reopening of the Fontainebleau hotel.
