Joyce Zerges had parts of her house professionally decorated for Christmas on Oct. 26 this year. For several years she has worked with the decorators and others at M.C. Twinklin's Christmas shop, which is open for business from the last weekend of September (when real "Christmas folk" know to show up for all the good and new stuff) through early in the new year. Zerges has trees and decor all over her house and even had the folks at Twinklin's build her a tree for her prized Christopher Radko ornaments, that stays up all year. BOB ANDRES / BANDRES@AJC.COM
