Holiday lights sparkle in metro Atlanta

More than 2 million holiday lights brighten a one-mile stretch of Life University's campus and who can come downtown without noticing Centennial Olympic Park's holiday splendor.

The holiday season in Marietta means one thing: the annual "Lights of Life" display at the campus of Life University.

More than 2 million lights comprise the displays, which range from Santa Claus on his sleigh with bright reindeer...

...To a colorful dragon reflected in the campus lake.

Even a pair of graceful swans get in on the act, being reflected in the campus lake.

As visitors drive through the brightly-lit campus, holiday music plays for all to hear.

Lights of Life is open every day from 6p.m. to 11p.m. through December 31. Santa Claus will be available for photos and wish lists, from 6p.m. to 10p.m. each Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The annual display is now in its 18th year.
