Women With Heart, an organization of  women dedicated to the mission of the Morehouse School of Medicine, will recognize American Heart Month with a week of educational and fund-raising activities.

Established in 2009 by Morehouse School of Medicine First Lady Eilene Maupin, Women With Heart supports the institution and its students by assisting in raising funds for student scholarships and academic programs.

“Women’s Healthy Heart Week” will take place February 1-5. Events will include a “Healthy Heart Luncheon” fundraiser,  an “Atlanta University Center (AUC) Walk For Your Heart,” “Healthy Heart Screenings” and “Women With Heart Wear Red Day.”

People can register for events and purchase tickets online at www.msm.edu.
